A Dantas lives and works in Porto, Portugal.
He graduated in Painting from the Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto (FBAUP).

His work, inspired by nature, is an exploration of light, color, and materiality. Through a subtle palette, he builds layers of transparency and texture, whether through the fluidity of watercolor or the precision of colored pencil. This dual approach allows him to capture the organic essence of his inspirations, giving his work a unique and meticulous depth.

He has participated in several exhibitions, and his work is held primarily in private collections.
